Mindy Stubbs Therapy

I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor and trauma therapist working with adults and children aged 13 and above.  The therapy focuses on a comprehensive range of issues including childhood trauma, historic or recent sexual or domestic abuse, anxiety, depression, developmental trauma, emotional neglect and relationship problems.  I employ an adaptable approach, utilising various theoretical models and techniques tailored to the individual needs of clients, emphasising self-discovery rather than directive advice.
